Coming Soon! Jack & Athens
If you met a talking lynx, would you follow it into the forest?
The story follows Jack, whose plans to make fifth grade his best year ever vanish when his parents announce a big move from small-town Ohio to the wilds of Alaska. Jack says goodbye to everything he knows to explore a world of forests, mountains, and moose. On his first day at school, a lonely Jack wanders to the playground border and meets an unlikely friend and guide—a grumpy talking lynx named Athens, who will make this a year Jack never forgets.

What I’m working on now
When twelve-year-old Carter Campbell sets out at dawn to find a rare sea star on a secluded beach in Sitka, Alaska, he stumbles upon a mysterious girl named Analisa, who reveals herself to be a selkie—a magical creature that lives as a seal in the ocean but can become human on land. As Carter forms a bond with Analisa, he uncovers the hidden past of his own family and learns that his mother was once a selkie who gave up her ocean life to start a family. With the help of Analisa and a supportive teacher, Carter embarks on a heart-wrenching quest to find his mother's lost selkie pelt, facing the ultimate decision: to restore his mother’s lost joy, even if it means saying goodbye.
